Kallum Burrell, sponsored by Ascenso Tyres, WINS British Open junior Sportrap Title!

Once again showing his incredible shooting ability, Kallum Burrell has won the British Open Junior Sportrap title, considered one of the three ‘major’ shoots of the year in the UK.

On Saturday 2nd September Clay Pigeon shooting champion Kallum Burrell shot the British open Sportrap Championship at Garlands shooting ground.

Finishing on a score of 87/100, tied first in juniors, a shoot off took place between Kallum and fellow competitor Rhys Harrison. Each of them shot 10 more targets, seeing Kallum scored 7/10 and Rhys scored 6/10 resulting in Kallum winning the Junior Sportrap title.

Kallum commented, “I’m really pleased to have finished the major competition season for this year on such a high, I’m already looking forward to the start of next season and continuing to work with all my amazing sponsors to ensure next year is my best one yet!”

Kallum has also made the England team for the home international on the 15th September in Bedfordshire.
